Juniper

Druids used the blue and green berries of juniper in rituals for purification. These distinctive trees live for several centuries and tenaciously take root on rocky slopes and open woodlands, stretching from the arctic tundra to arid deserts. Junipers produce berry-like cones that take about two years to mature.

Juniper leaves are needle-like, arranged in whorls of three.
